UNBLEACHED FLOUR (ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR (NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), MALTED BARLEY FLOUR ), SUGAR, BUTTER (PASTEURIZED CREAM, SALT), WHOLE EGGS, SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE (SUGAR, UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE, COCOA BUTTER. BUTTEROIL (MILK), SOY LECITHIN (AN EMULSIFIER), VANILLA EXTRACT)., COCOA POWDER, WALNUTS, MOLASSES (LIQUID CANE JUICE), SALT, SODIUM BICARBONATE(BAKING SODA)

Baking Info

Based on smallest item size—Baking info for other sizes will vary.

  • Keep dough pucks frozen (0° +/- 10°F) until ready to bake.
  • When ready to bake, pre-heat oven to (325° – 350°).
  • Place parchment paper on sheet pan, and place dough pucks on pans, leaving enough space between each puck so when baked they will not touch.
  • After oven is pre-heated, place sheet pans in oven.
  • Set-timer and bake for 12-14 minutes.
  • Rotate pans halfway through baking process for an even bake.
